Chip, a vulnerable un-neutered feral cat, was found struggling to survive in AFOC's parking lot. He faced constant hunger and harassment from other feral cats. Initially, our plan was to trap, neuter, and return him to his territory. However, with no safe place for him to return to, Chip became a resident of AFOC. Then, Posie, another rescued feral, arrived at the shelter. These two kindred spirits quickly formed a strong bond, finding comfort and companionship in each other's presence.
