Elsa, a sweet soul, arrived at the shelter as a kitten in 2016. Like her brother, Evan, she experienced a challenging start to life. Elsa's mother, Ellie had a wound of unknown origin requiring the whole family to be in quarantine for many weeks; this sadly deprived them all of crucial socialization opportunities.
